Currently we service most Chicagoland areas.
Do you handle long-distance relocations?
Yes, we coordinate the packing and unpacking/setup within the Chicagoland area. If your family is either moving to or from Chicagoland, Kastle Keeper can manage the entire process.
How can you help me decide if I should stay at home or move to Senior Living?
We always begin with a Certified Age In Place Home Assessment to determine if your home is adaptable to your current long term mobility and medical diagnosis. We also get to understand your lifestyle and evaluate the decision that is in your best interests.
Can you help me with Age in Place at my home?
Of course, we are Certified Aging In Place Specialists(CAPS) delivering personalized Age In Place home living designed for safety, accessibility and happiness. Our process includes proactive home modification design and planning. Upon approval Kastle Keeper is responsible for everything from all necessary permits through the complete construction.
I’ve decided to move to a Senior Living community, how do you help me relocate?
Kastle Keeper specializes in delivering the full spectrum of white glove downsizing, packing, moving and full rightsize setup to your new home. We do not sub-contract the entire process is completed internally by Kastle Keeper processionals.
Can you sell my home?
Yes, we have been a realtor for 28 years and deliver a full-service home sale specifically designed for seniors. Kastle Keeper delivers professional home selling, staging, with organization of the entire transactional process.
My loved one passed away, how can you help?
As with all areas of our relationships, we’ll alleviate stress, always striving to “Make Life Easier.” Kastle Keeper has an Estate Settlement team working closely with the family and legal professionals onsite full inventory, selling requested personal property, clearing out the home, fixing and finally completing home sale.
